Welcome to District 5 Land Yachting, where our passion for an exhilarating sport meets commitment to inclusivity and sustainability. Based in Ramsgate, Kent, we are on a mission to build a community around the thrilling pursuit of land yachting.

It is an adaptive sport and controlled using your hands only, no prior experience is needed and it is very easy to learn. We aim to create an environment for everyone to experience the adrenaline rush of land yachting.

This is not about who is the fittest, it is a game of strategy and concentration that levels the playing field. Once you are in the pilot’s seat, you are at one with the elements, relying on your mental agility to navigate the course. 

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a couch potato, we invite you to join us in discovering the unique thrill of land yachting.

It is an environmentally friendly sport, with a carbon zero footprint and no noise pollution or damage to the site you are having fun on.
